i think Jerome was being showcased. Why so much PT?

Rose looked OK. But how can any Knick fan really be comfortable with him in the uni. Don't you remember his little b!tch ass on Indiana? I think I hated him more than Reggie.

eh, whatever. This team is a piece of doo anyway.

Guarantee: when Marbury returns in good health after the All Star break there WILL be better basketball played in New York City.

Marbury, with a smile on his face because Jalen Rose has leadership tendencies at guard. Crawford as sixth man

Quinton Richardson on better wheels or a more aggressive Qyntel Woods

Trade bait Mo Taylor, a refreshed Channing Frye with David Lee in the green room

Curry receiving the ball in the post with better ball movement thanks to J Rose, an occasional cameo from Jackie Butler and yes, a productive Jerome James who looked more animated today than he has all season.

I guarntee Bown will pee himself.

I guarantee IT will unzip and misterearl and company will be there to lick his ballsack.

I guarntee blah blah blah

Have some shame and at least talk smack when the team manages to have a season in which are at least .500

I think the team will look A LOT better with Marbury and Jalen Rose on the court at the same time. It's not gonna be a miraculous turnaround, but I think if we had Rose from the start of the season, we'd have about a .450 winning %.

who said that was the goal? I'm just talking about taking baby steps while the young players develop.

even tho its 1 game, i have to agree with u. when he was off the floor the ball didnt not move at all.

i hope he can teach our guys (even by example) the good that comes from always keeping ur head up, and moving the ball quickly. not allowing the defense to recover.

I think if we had him from the beginning of the season we'd be a good deal better than that. Confusion and sloppy play are what have cost us most of our games this season.

Definitely the 2nd best point.

Speaking of the Jalen Rose effect, was it just a coincidence that all of a sudden JC looks decent again when he has a healthy playmaking guard alongside him? Maybe it was just dumb luck, maybe JC was just fired up. But the more I see the more I think JC absolutely cannot be a fulltime point. I think he needs to play with a competent playmaker to help set him up and take some of the pressure off of him (both from the defense and from LB probably).

>>In the short term, the deal doesn't look good for Thomas. Rose's presence will mean less playing time for some of the team's younger players, most notably Nate Robinson and David Lee.

Note the wording, always leading with the negative

i Mysteriously, Knicks president Isiah Thomas did not show up to watch his expensive new addition shoot 4-of-12 from the field and commit four turnovers. But Rose, who finished with 16 points in 41 minutes, was in passing mode, dishing out 11 assists.

stop the bleeding.

this trade was all about stopping the bleeding. I think it's good. The kids need a leader. Would I have played Lee a lot more minutes yesterday against Stromile Swift and Juwan Howard? You better believe it.
