I haven't read it discussed much here, (haven't read every thread so I apologize if it has), but after Marbs came back. Why didn't we go back to what was working (substituting Mo or Channing for AD). Why did he have to mess with everything all over again...he judged the rooks individual performances when they were on the court w/o steph, now with steph back they aren't starting or getting the minutes they were when they were winning. I don't even want to get started about some of his in game moves (sitting Q-Rich in the bulls game when the guy was on fire for the first time all year)

Man...Larry's perssonnel decisions boggle my mind.

I think the fact that half the team stopped playing when Marbs got hurt and started sitting back and waiting for him to return instead of trying to win games had something to do with it. Can't reward that.

I don't think they stopped working, I think we had an extremely fragile balance and Marbury was doing most of the work to insure we were competitive. Crawford can't seem to play hard/smart without Marbury setting an example.

Marbury is this team's only leader, maybe AD to some extent, with both of them out, it's a team of babies with a crappy group of vets. You would like Craw and Curry to be more mature given they've been in the league 4 or 5 years, but they have a long way to go.

MattSuspect, could you post your before and after lineups? Or maybe the lineup that you expected to see after injury. I forgot what it was LOL

I agree with you and that is why we are seeing such inconsistent rotations. Until guys learn to step up we can't reward them with consistent minutes. They must continue to learn that winning isn't handed to you. Last night's effort clearly shows you that many on the roster feel that it is.
