With Apologies To My New Best Friend djsunyc:

Qyntel is the first player I'm looking for upon the appearance of the Knicks layup line. Qyntel is nowhere to be found and I'm instantly bummed. I'm ready to go home. We have too many guys in suits.

Edy Curry and Jackie butler can score inside at will and The Hawks pile up fouls. They are over the limit at the 7:45 mark of the quarter.

Crawford is too thin to hold his ground on defense and does not anticipate well. The hawks, if nothing else, have a slew of 6-8 types that can run the floor and force the action. The same thing happened in the first two games.

Nate is too small to make crosscourt passes.

Crawford comes right us on the break as the Knicks attempt a run in the fourth. His eyes flash to two wing players and you can see the rolodex of moves flash in his head. Too many choices. He can't decide and travels with the ball in the open court.

My boy ronald is shown on the arena screen during a timeout. He's rocking a brand new authentic Channing Frye jersey. ronald was last seen headed towards the Knicks team bus. looking to strangle Crawford.

Jackie Butler does work inside. He moves in spurts with a stiff gait and hunched shoulders but he has the basketball saavy of a more experienced player. You don't think he will get there and he does. Speaking of work, David Lee is solid. He makes a quick spin baseline move right in front of us, with the foul, that caught everyone by surprise.

It's obvious Steph is hurting more than he demonstrates. He makes one quick move and holds his left arm as if it were in a sling for 15 seconds. It appears to loosen when he gets the ball back in his hands but he heads for the bench in the second quarter and shut down for the evening.

He is missed.

I miss Qyntel
