Why did my topic of an Article by Isola on his take of IT's situation get locked?

I didn't see anything like this, so I posted it, since I thought it might be important.

I am sick of my topics being locked since I can't go through each any every topic to see if the article or information has been posted, WTF!

What is so wrong about posting a topic that has someone else's view point in a different context about a similar topic or news?

This censoring is ridiculous, I thought this was a America!. We have a constituational right to free speech, is this forum above all that?. NO it's not
