I think it's starting to become painfully obvious to most of you, even the biggest Kool-Aid drinkers out there, that Isiah's tenure as the Knicks GM has been an absolute disaster. The extent might be a little surprising, even I didn't think it would be this bad, but the fact that he's made this team and organization worse is hardly a surprise at all.

The only solution now is to finally get rid of Isiah and Mills for that matter. (Trust me, I would get rid of Dolan too in a heartbeat.) If they don't get rid of them soon, the reactionary moves that Isiah will make in order to divert attention from himself, the lawsuit and his team being the laughingstock of the NBA, are going to set this franchise back even further.

So who's ready to come over to the Dark Side and help get rid of Isiah from our team? All it'll take for Dolan to see the light is for the fans so start reacting to Isiah the way they did to Layden. Unbeleiveably, Isiah has been worse for the Knicks than Layden ever was and it's time for him to go. Up with "Fire Isiah!!"

How can Isiah possible be worse than Layden? Isaiah might have made questionable moves, but at least the questionable moves involved talent.

Ah, I see that there are still a few non believers. I understand that the force of the Kool-Aid is very strong but it's inevitable that it's effects will wear off and you'll all start to understand that Isiah is the evil man and I am the righteous man.

I don't trust Mills in hiring a new GM. I hope he goes too

Mills is Dolan's puppet. He does absolutely nothing. If he goes out the door with Isiah, all the better.

Isles, what is the source for your hatred for IT? Is it that he was an anti-Knick during his playing days? is it because he refused to come to NY in a trade? Is it something personal?
Or is it his perfomance as GM? If it is strictly that, how did you feel about Layden? do you really think IT is worse than him? Grant it, the salaries are too high and their record is putrid. But let's look at this:

Coach under Layden - Don Chaney
Coaches under IT - Wilkens - LARRY EFFEN BROWN!
PLayers under Layden avearage age was in the 30's.
Players under IT average age is in the mid 20's.

Are they perfect? By no means. But I do think they are headed in the right direction. I am not ready for him to leave. I would like to see 1 more year at least. You cannot turn around the shipwreck that Layden left them in, after 2 short years. It just cannot be done.

now there is almost no way to fire isiah until this legal thing is finished.

They fire him, they admit guilt and guarantee a big pay day for this woman.

I remember my arguments with some as I believed Isiah was a "Starphuch" hiring to revive the franchise. I was against it then, but hold fast Gm's should be given 4 years.

I think http://www.nypost.com/sports/knicks/61053.htm mentioned Dolan let this one out of the bag to get rid of Isiah. Could be, very cunning of Dolan if so.

I hate Isiahs personal dealings especially with Chaney and Wilkins as well as Shandon. Very expensive mess ups. The money thing is Dolans thing, but Isiah has failed at keeping the team afloat while spending big. Real big.

Its too easy to just fire Isiah now and lay blame on him. What will it accomplish? NO short term fix. Are we on the right track? Youth? Let expiring contracts go? Eddy? INternal improvment with existing players?

What would a new GM accomplish? More starphuching? OR blow it up to hell! Trade it all for KG ala a marbury type trade (sans picks)? Do other GMs even deal with Isiah anymore? Is the league sour on Isiah for providing obvious landing for Larry Brown and raiding on the bulls for Eddy curry?

I don't know, but this crap is getting old.

That's not true. They'll be firing him for his job performance not the lawsuit. Nobody could argue that his job performance isn't worthy of that type of action.
