I know this has been said before, but Isiah's talent lies in scouting talent. He has no understanding of business or the financials that go into running a team. With that said, I think Isiah has an eye for talent. Demote him and name a new GM.

This might sound ignorant, but are GM's signed to the same guaranteed contracts as coaches?

hell no. Those contracts have no type of pre-fit structure. Coaching contracts are not absolutely guaranteed, but most DO have guarantees.
