Knicks probably stand zero chance of acquiring this guy, but wouldn't it be nice? He's very atheletic, reminds me a lot of Lamar Odom...pretty good touch, some good low post moves...if I am Layden, I would be on the phone with this guy. He has stated publically that he wants to play in Houston, but they apparently haven't had any serious talks. Seattle can offer the most money obviously, but they really low-balled him with their first offer...I hear it's now up to the $60 million range...He wants max money, and Seattle doesn't seem to be showing it to him. Where will he end up? Will he even consider the Garden?

I don't think he'd consider NY, simply because the team still has Sprewell. Lewis would be coming off the bench and his minutes would be reduced. Apart from that, what about the money? Would he want to sign for the $4.5M or whatever the exception is (I don't know how much Dallas or Houston could offer)?
