Isiah had a terrible situation that no one thought could be fixed fast. He is trying to fix it as fast as possible. It is a work in progress. The point situation will be worked out. This team will not be the same team by the start of next year. If we aren't a good team next year then the panic starts to make sense. But New York fans are fickle and unrealistic. We say we want a youth movement, even though we know it will be ugly and tough, but then we cry when it is ugly and tough. We say we know it takes patience to build a contender but then cry when we aren't a contender THIS YEAR.
This team has great raw talent, trade bait, some loose ends, and Marbury. The trade bait will be gone soon enough. The loose ends will work themselves out over the next year or two. And the raw talent will mature. Be a fan and enjoy the ride.
