because I have been here 4 years. I dont attack anyone, or snit for that matter. The only thing that I find irritating is when people dont have basketball views at all. Rather they just regurgitate internet material and hop on other peoples ideas. But thats just me. What gets under you skin bonnie? (try to keep under 1000 posts )

anyway. Bonn's back on my ignore list. I'm only announcing it because he will keep asking me the same question and not get why I'm not replying. Bonn you can just assume you stumped me and your right :)

As for Frye he's a rookie with holes in his games. I was very impressed with his tourney play but the knocks on his rebounding, toughness and tendancy to disappear at times over his 4 years at zona are legit.

He's not Duncan.. just a good player learning the NBA game. I think he will be fine but people are realizing he's still pretty far from being a core piece of a winning puzzle. He's got a long way to go

Not really worried about his offense. He's still getting open J's...he's just in a bit of shooting slump (shots going in and out). He's making some decent moves with his back to the basket as well.

D is another story.

Mr. Know-it-alls do, especially when they pick on other posters who I think are good posters. I'm sure Tom and TKF can stand up for themselves but I offered my 2 cents because I didn't like how you and Briggs attacked (or at least mocked) them. Maybe I'm just a beoch like Allanfan says because I like to stand up for good posters when they're being attacked.

exactly, in addition to that he has been following his shots more often lately, I guess thats a good thing but it shows a definate lack of confidence.

Last night, no, I don't think he did either. But the rest of the team played like crap. I was at the game. It was so embarrassing that for the first time ever, I left a Knicks game before it ended. I didn't pay $54 to see the Knicks city dancers (Whom I love watching) and the Knicks city kids (Who are also very entertaining) and some guy in the stands dancing like a maniac (Which was freaking hysterical). I paid to see the Knicks compete in a basketball game and give us all some shadow of hope that maybe there's a chance they could win.

He did some decent scoring, but he got burned on defense a lot of those wide open Weed 3s were his responsibility.

I'm not too surprised that he doesn't know how to guard perimeter shooters and is slow to rotate to them. The team probably hasn't worked with him at all on that. There are much more immediate areas to work on with him. I thought his offense was GREAT, though. He put up 21 points against either Ben or Rasheed. Only 5 of his points occurred after those players were taken out of the game. Curry's rebounding has huge room for improvement but it's also improved a lot from his Chicago days.

Guarding the pick an roll is fundamental basketball. The Knicks should be working with EVERY player on that everyday if they don't know how to do it. No excuse for Curry to not be able to do it. Guarding that is MUCH more important than his low post scoring. Afterall, LB is a defensive minded coach. Channing has learned it, or is doing MUCH better at it. Why should Eddie only have to worry about his low post scoring for now. you know who else did a crap job guarding that pick and roll? Mo Taylor. I've been impressed with him, but that was a weakness glaringly exposed out of him too. Both Curry and Taylor suck at that, or they at least showed it the other night.
