14 points
5/10
2/3 from 3
7 boards

Is he like kind of out of his funk now? I think this is his season high in points.

I hope so, because between him and Crawford I just don't know.

I would take Q over craw with Craw coming off the bench hat would definately solve our back court size problem

I was really impressed with Q's D on Wally. He really played up on him. If only Nate did the same with Hudson. Nate was too worried about Hudson beating him off the dribble which wasn't going to happen and even if he did he has to trust the bigmen

What happened with Lee? He could've definately guarded Wally, then you put Q on Pigtails Hudson.....

Was I seriously the only person that noticed Q's name was spelled wrong on the back of his jersey? They showed a crystal clear shot of his jersey and it said "Richarson" but no one seems to have seen it but me... so now I look stupid.

I wasn't even paying attention. Maybe if we had a 10pt lead I would've noticed but I was too busy yelling at the Knicks for breaking down defensively on virtually every possesion and watching crawford turn the ball over or watching nate penetrate and miss as the D collapses

Lee can't keep up with Wally around screens off the ball

yeah he definitely can't. he really struggles against screens and its not his fault because he's a PF and doesn't have SF quickness. Q might've been able to stay on Hudson but than Wally would just take over. Then you put Ariza on Wally and Ariza turns the ball over in the clutch. Changes need to be made

He could've muscled Wally, and I seriously think tht Lee would've made Wally pay for going inside and posting up like he did on Craw and Nate a couple times....

You're right; it's not his fault. He really can't keep up around screens against ANY SFs. He can't gaurd SFs off the dribble either although that's less of a concern against Wally. The concern was the reverse with Rose: Rose doesn't use screens great but he could easily beat Lee off the dribble. Lee's gonna struggle against ANY SF who can EITHER put the ball on the floor or use screens off the ball well, which is basically 100% of the league's starting SFs.

I think that this negative thinking is ridiculous about Lee...This guy gives really high rebounding numbers from the SF spot and is ALOT stronger than most SF's out there. You are gonna tell me with Lee banging Wally around a bit on both ends of the floor, Wally is gonna have the same energy he had at the end of this game by basically walking around Crawford? Crawford is a fell of alot faster than Lee and he couldn't get around these screens.

What you are telling me is a quick guy and a strong guy have no hope of defending Wally? I changed my mind, we gotta get Wally he is the missing piece. Coming off screens he is totally undefensible! (dripping with sarcasm). If I recall Miller played the same way and the best way to defend him was to be very physical with him whether you could keep up with him or not.

Q did a decent job on Wally in the 4th(again with him and the 4th Q defense). And I think it was because he was MUCH more physical against him than Craw.

Wally should have been repeatedly knocked to the floor by Lee.

What it comes down to is that we need a good small forward. Lee, Ariza and Woods all have serious flaws in their games.

I think Lee can be a good SF, but the Knicks do need an outside shooter to discourage teams from playing a zone.

its not so much that we need a SF, we need a wing defender. either sg or sf, just someone who can defend the other teams best wing player.
Q was playerof the game.
