After watching him today do you think Jalen is better then he is playing this season? Do you want him here?
Yes, he's tanking and he could help this team.
No, this was an abberation, he's shot.

I think that he needs a reason to play hard. He knows his team is not in the playoff mix and he knows he does not fit with the youth they have in Toronto.

I think the dude would be a whole different player if he was on a contender. Jalen rose has a killer instinct and he is old but never had a serious injury in his career.

I want him on the knicks for the remainder of his contract to hold down the 3 till the knicks can get a better replacement. That's just me. I see rose coming in off the bench for lee playing with frye and craw in that second unit. Woods and ariza can still develop their skills in practice. They will get their turn once they prove they can outplay rose which neither of them can right now.

He toasted are butts today and you all think it's a fluke!

Come on, JRO can out play any of our Vets, any day of the week, I would rather have him than Penny, James, Davis or Malik.

He poses a mismatch at his size and skills, he makes Ariza look like a high school kid and he personally embarrassed our team today, why wouldn't you want him on your team?.

Where's he going to play? The Knicks are not winning a championship this year and David Lee and Nate Robinson are part of the plan for the future of this franchise so adding him would only take time away from them. Theres no need to have Jalen Rose on this team.

Rose played defense, you guys just don't watch the games!.

Rose toasted this team and you don't want him on it, well that goes to show what you all know about basketball, NOTHING!

Rose played well. Some of you just make up your mjinds about a player and nothing will ever change it. If its contractual cool. But we could clearly use what he brings to the table, on this team. Guys say yes to wally and peja, why not Jalen?

all of the sharpshooting 3's are defensive liabilities and they all cost alot of money jalen is more of a stopgap then the others though.

Rose is playing bad because he does not want to play on the Raptors anymore. Many players just stop playing when they are somewhere they do not want to play for. Tmac, VC are examples. Rose has outside shooting and would play for Brown, because he has before. He also has known Isiah since he was a kid in Detroit. Isiah use to run the camps with Howard and Rose when they were kids.

again...we don't need rose. we have bigger problems than a scoring SF that can post up and handle the ball. our problems are on the defensive end. we can put up 100 points without a problem. but we can't stop teams from scoring 100. so IF we're going to trade penny, i'd rather it be for a defensive player, not jalen, wally, OR peja...three CARD CARRYING MEMBERS of the 2006 NO THANKS CLUB...

We are still talking about jalen rose right? For a second I thought it was Allan Houston.

Rose can do it all on offense and he showed today he can play defense too.

What is penny hanging around for? To get kg, or pierce, or artest? Not happening. Besides the knicks have Davis.

The knicks need jalen rose. He solidifies the offense if anything. He is a humble player with winning on his mind.

I want him bad but I'm not isiah. I think the knicks don't lose cuz after next season he is off the books anyway along with Taylor. By then the knicks should be ready to hand ariza or woods the job.

rose can be good, but he plays that way only when he feels like it. no thanks, i'll pass.

Totally agree. Rose would def. inhance our playoff chances. Not only does he come off the books nxt year, but he could move during the season as an expiring contract.

Lee is apart of our future but not at SF. At least not starting. Rose has the talent to carry a team scoring wise for a quarter. And that would come in handy when Jamal is scheduled for one of his 4-15, 8pt games. Plus his offense will help us defensively because he would put a lot of pressure on the defender. When Lee is in there, aside from rebounding, its almost like they are playing 5 on 4. He's not involved in the offense at all. I don't see the big deal with renting Rose for the rest of the season then getting rid of him by the trading deadline next year. His contract may come in handy to land a player like Lewis who will opt out of his contract next year.
