Since the reports are that Denver is happy with Earl Watson, I have an idea.

We should trade Jerome James to Washington for Antonio Daniels.

Antonio is having a bad season and not fitting in well. He would be a good 4th guard in our system. He is 6'4 and will player tougher defense under LB. I know Washington prob doesnt want Jerome James, but they may feel they can do more with the size. They seem to be real solid at the 1,2 and 3 but could use some power and size inside.

Than we still could in theory move Q Rich. Or keep him to start at SF. Since all the guard minutes should go to Stephon, Jamal, Nate and than Antonio. What do ya'll think?

when coaches and gm start to talk up a player and say how they're so important or them, they're pumping up their value, trying to make it seem like they're unattainable. for denver to stay with earl, dre, and boykins with no shooting guard would be a bad move as they are trying to make a deep run in the playoffs.

You are right. I would rather see Earl, but he is getting extended minutes and playing well. I assumed they might just go for the three PG lineup.

Daniels is going backwards. No Way do I want him on this team. The only player I would consider trading for on the Wiz (aside from Arenas but he's not avalaible) is Jarvis Hayes. I'd offer a combo of Q-Rich and JJ for Hayes and maybe a bum like Booth. Doubt Wiz would be interested though

James has been such a disappointment that if a deal with him can be done, at all, you would have to consider it. I just hate how he likes to talk and on the floor he is just lame. Anyway, I don't know much about Daniels this season but I doubt he is the guard Larry would like to get in a trade. Right now we are playing so well that making a trade could be a mistake...

James needs to lose 30 lbs. before a trade has any chance of happening.

For some reason, I think James is gonna be serviceable at some point this season.
