I'm buying tickets for the Lakers game and I need some advice. I've been to the garden many times (usually on someone else's dime) and usually sit in the 300s around center court.

The tickets that are left in my price range are for 300 level behind the basket and for 400 level center court. which would be better?

I feel like behind the basket might be nice because you can see the plays that they run but you miss out on the obvious advantages of center court seats. Is there a big difference between mid 300s and mid 400s in terms of visibility?

I'm bringing binoculars in any case. stupid MSG with it's ridiculous ticket prices.

ps - I saw 2 tickets to tomorrow's game for $85 for 100 level seats. If anyone's interested, they're on stubhub. Seems like a good deal to me.

that's what i was thinking. But $70 seems too much for 400s. Am I just old and remember much lower prices?
