Thanks for the tip.. for whatever reason my wife (day trader) had this on her watch list, bought in today on news and did quite well as you can see. My guess is you dumped it if you bought when you posted about some time ago. It was a dog for a long time.

Martin, what.. the undying love and affection from the users isnt enough?
JW44 - I dont... Mrs. Fish does. She posts on allstocks.com and its mostly pinkslips
She doesnt do a lot of investing. At least not yet. She's really just trading right now. But regarding lightpath she's probably going to flip it, take the $$$ and invest the profits as this looks like a VERY solid long term buy and hold. I would look to get in in the next couple days around $4 if your serious. The make lasers and just signed government contracts. Looks like a pretty good buy.

actually i and others accumulated this back in late summer 2004 and ended up personally averaging down some over the course of last year. nothing can be timed perfectly, and they could really run this thing up now with the extremely small float. I left 5k shares on the table, otherwise I just finished cashing out the rst of the stock about 20 minutes ago. I had originally accumualted a number of shares between 475 and 525 and bought another chunk in the high1s to bring my cost average down to the upper3s. I knew it was going to be a hitter, maybe a big hitter, but like isaid never use the word time and the stock market in the same sentence but im glad you made out. maybe we can set a date later in the year and Ill pay for the Knick tickets for everyone who would be interested in going--yes bonn you can come too:>)

Ive been playing Haup since 3.30-- it recently ran to 7.00 and i came back in again in the high 4s low 5s. Im still holding a barrage of shorts that have to deal with housing that Im sitting net zero with. when the housing market cools, and we start seeing defaults and bankruptcies with all of these 1 year arm's, unfortuantely i will be smiling at someone else's expense well atleast i hope to:>) but thats the market and people have to understand that someone is on the other side of your transaction in almost any invetsment betting against you. Doesnt have to be a stock, it could be a stamp, a baseball card, interest rates, the price of wine etc.....

its more hobby for me these days, but still quite lucrative. someone has to buy the dog food

I'll take a nice cold corona draft, not that I've been to any place in the world that actually does corona drafts.
