Ainge will never ever in a million years trade Pierce here.

If you look at the Pacers Austin Croshere and Anthony Johnson not only start, but get tons of minutes. They will not decimate their team just for cap room and Ariza. They're going to make a trade that doesn't thin out their roster anymore than it is already.
