I haven't seen Charlie in the pros yet but I did note the other day that his stats were way down in a box score I read.

Maybe both of them had surprising initial offensive success and now their whole games are under a little more scrutiny? ALso as hard as it is to believe, they've already played the equivalent of a whole college season haven't they?

Frye's better now; CV will probably be better in the long-term. CV plays better defense, can put the ball on the floor better, and has even longer shooting range than Frye. They're both wonderful prospects, though.

Frye is a purer shooter but Charlie has more range (can shoot the 3) and handels the ball a little better. Simply put, Charlie plays the PF position like a tall SF while Frye plays the PF like a small center.

No, I'm just frustrated that he got 15 minutes of PT in a triple OT game, and that he's not starting.

I think he could be an AS soon, though.

he needs to learn how to play defense a little better and add a little dribble drive to his offense. then he could be an allstar in the making. but i wouldnt be surprised to see frye in the starting lineup by years end...

Frye's stats are a little better, but he's a year older. Frye is bigger - Villanueva's quicker and better defensively. I wish we had both.

Damn 30 pts and 7 rebounds...Should Frye even be in the same sentence as Charlie Villanueva. Channing Frye is nasty. It is very exciting for me as a Knicks fan to be happy about a rookie again. I was only 1 year old when Ewing was a rookie and I was too young to remember Mark Jackson. This is exciting.

Toronto, Atlanta and the Knicks are starting to build winning streaks. I don't know guys but all those three teams were the laughing stocks of the league and now they are winning. That is the beauty of the NBA.
