how about Marbury for Mike Miller and B Cardinal.

it's about the same amount of money because although Marbury makes more he has 1 year less on his contract. Mike Miller is good off the bench for them but Battier has been great and D Jones should be able to come in and give them something off the bench. Jerry West rids himself of a bad signing in Cardinal and Marbury will more than make up for Stoudamire.

at first I would've included Lee because he's a younger, cheaper version of Cardinal but Miller and Cardinal just aren't having good enough years. In our offense and a starting role, Miller could really thrive.

I would start Crawford, Nate, Miller, Lee, and Curry for the rest of the year. Our bench is really thin but if we could send a big for Watson we would be in great shape.

Earl Watson and Leanord for Mo Taylor. Taylor would really help them with all their injuries up front and they save a bunch of money because Taylor's contract expires after next year. We could agree to waive leanord and let him resign with Denver if he wants.

Fair trade in my opinion and both teams benefit. Taylor is a very solid offensive player that can play inside and out -- we just don't have a need for him here.

Watson would play over 30 mpg here and would really thrive under Larry.

nope. any deal with memphis should be marbury for eddie jones + a pick. we should be moving steph in a salary dump, not for players with longer deals.

Cardinal? He comes off the page as a massive bum....but the funny **** about that is he would be the best player the Knicks would have at the 3.

Like you suggested.....a second trade would be needed. Watson is my man......Q-Rich to Denver for Watson and Voshon Lenard I mentioned in the "Enyspree fixes the Knicks" Thread

Watson and Mike Miller could work cuz they have played with each other at Memphis. Miller is a great shooter. Watson is a good two way player. I would not be mad. Craw and Nate would be deadly additions to the bench.

Cardinal is the tough sell though. He did earn his contract though. He just got hurt. He's a Shane Battier clone. Around these parts.....a draft pick probably would seal the deal for most

Watson can not and will not run the point better than Marbury. Miller, is not a difference maker, especially if you give marbury away. he'll have no impact on this team in place of marbury. I believe Miller averages 12pts a game and is always hurt.

Only way we trade Marbs is if we are dumping salary and are seriously trying to rebuild. Other than that, just leave him be.

I'm not giving up on him at all. I was ready to because up until last game his body language was just awful and it looked like he was giving up himself. However, I liked how he handeled Larry's comments and he had his best half of the season that first half against the Bucks.

If he has a good attitude, he will really develop under LB and possibly have a Billups like coming out party the second half of the season.

However, if the right deal comes along we have to trade him -- he is getting older and hasn't shown a bit of leadership thus far in his career. Mike Miller would be very valuable to this club. I think he's much better than his play this season suggests. I agree that taking on Cardinal is a bit much but that's the only way the money works.

DJ, if we could do Marbury for Eddie Jones, Dahntay Jones, and their first rounder this year by all means I would pull the trigger.

I don't think there is any way Denver trades for Q at this point unless he goes on a 3 week hot streak. They could really use Mo Taylor though and his play as of late may get something done. Watson would help us a ton with or without Marbury.

You just love calling people haters when they speak out agianst Marbury, the fact is no one really hates him, most of us feel the team would be better off sending his contract and his track record of not making his teams better for Salary Cap space and draft picks, just to carry on with the youth movement.

However, I do have to admit Marbury played well last nite and showed much better enthusiasm in his play as well as towards his teammates, but it was just one game he needs to show this improvement from now on, then I think this team would get better with him as a leader.

It's funny what had happened to Damon S... As you all know, the exact same thing happened to me Feb 7th 2005 in a company b-ball game..

As i was going to the hoop, my leg gave up and i fell hard to the ground.. I really thought someone had kicked me on my kneecap but later found out i ruptured my patella tendon on the knee..

This is a major knee injury which will require a yrs worth of getting back into playing

As of now, i haven't ran hard yet but able to jog lightly.. My doctor who performed the surgery is the nets knee doctor who had help Kidd with his knee therapy.. This doctor is very good..

Hopefully Damon gets a speedy recovery and be ready for next yr..

Ruptured patella tendon. Geez man I had a graph made from my patella tendon to replace my torn ACl.

Man when I heard what happened to him my heart dropped. I'm trying to get back on the court by April. Will enyspree make it happen?
