reggie is 25, a rugged rebounder at the PF spot. (i think a few people mentioned him in the offseason).
nate is a rookie, high energy, two-way player that's a dolt right now.

why seattle would do it? b/c nate is from seattle, would sell tickets, and they would use him as a pg as they are down on ridnour.

why we do it? a defensive PF that can board.

what do you guys think? too early to move nate?

No no no!

David Lee will be a different but IMO more effective version of Reggie Evans soon enough.

Nate will be a revelation. He's going through a major harnessing to suit Larry and it's working. He could be our most valuable player before his careeer is over.

wow DJ, quick with the trigger. You always need energy and rebounding off the bench and the swap would be short-term bad for the Knicks. They aleady got Frye, Rose, MoT, Butler scratching for minutes. Let them play.

And I think the bone head plays by Nate are really being cut down, he is a total different play from the first 10 games. Notice how he has not gotten his shot blocked in a while?

nah, i'm a BIG proponent of keeping nate. this was proposed to me by a friend of mine and just curious to see what you guys think about it. i thought it was an interesting suggestion.

to me, the following shouldn't be traded: craw, nate, lee, ariza, frye, butler, curry

Depending on other signings, and how well he does the rest of the year he can possibly be had for the MLE

No way. We're not so bad on the boards when Curry is healthy. And we have plenty of power forwards. It just so happens we play the wrong ones a lot.

here are our pf's:

frye

mo

only one of them can rebound and play some sort of defense but he's 83 years old.

we can USE another PF that can actually play some sort of defense and can just flat out board. (oh KT, look what you and your crazy eyes cost us).

i don't like this deal either but we still need a legitimate PF that can do it on both ends b/c right now, i could probably score on frye.

the thing is we gotta be patient with these young guys, and Frye in particular. Frye, Butler, and Lee will get time at the 4, and you don't get better without minutes. No need for Evans.

We don't need more PF's. What we need is a SF and a starting 2G. Knicks are top three I believe in rebounding.

did you buddy type this as well?

two-way player that's a dolt right now.

Just busting chops...Nate is IMO one of the most productive per minute players on the team currently.

He's heading brown's advice more than most.
