then why not start Mo Taylor? His defense is not great but neither is Antonio's. Mo T can at least be a very solid scorer. Maybe Larry thinks AD is smarter defender and wants the kids to see that smart play is being rewarded. Otherwise, I can't see why Larry would play AD ahead of Mo. Hopefully eventually Frye will be starting, though.
