James
Davis
Lee
Q
Steph

I MEAN SERIOUSLY... this guy is suppposed to know basketball right? he does WATCH the games right?? oh... ok.. so then he WOULD know that the only player on that team capable of ****ing scoring is Steph... SO I WONDER WHY THE FUCK WE WERE DOWN 12 AFTER 5 MINUTES!!!!!!!!!!!! SERIOUSLY... WHAT THE FUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

what is so hard about seeing who should play and who should star??? if u ask me.. the kniks lineup only has 2 questions: Does Taylor or Frye start and does Ariza or Q start... its very painfully obvious.. this is what u go with

Curry
Taylor or Frye
Q or Ariza
Jamal
Steph

Bench:
Taylor or Frye
Lee
Q or Ariza
Nate

James - ONLY when curry is in foul trouble and there is a very big center that needs inside D...

Davis, woods and rose should never leave the bench.... unless u want to play davis on the big center instead of james... but to me this is all very obvious.. WHAT THE FUCK CAN LARRY BROWN NOT SEE??!?!!?!? ps: the only reason i even let Q play is because of the slim hope he starts to pick it up...

my friend just said this and i think he is DEAD ON:

its retarted
and he does this every game
then he puts a lineup together that makes a run
but by that time we're down 35
its not just bad, its like conspiracy theory bizarre

this is from SPorts Illustrated

"It's not just that the Knicks are losing, it's how they are losing -- with Brown changing the starting lineup almost nightly and elevating and demoting players from game to game with no apparent rhyme or reason. Brown started Matt Barnes at small forward on opening night, then cut Barnes before the season was 20 games old, replacing him with free agent pickup Qyntel Woods, who was quickly inserted -- briefly, of course, into the starting lineup. Center Jerome James started and played his best game of the season against Seattle, then didn't play at all in the next game, against the Clippers."

That's one of the worst defensive lineups in the league.

Lets consider that we are thin in our backcourt. Q is useless because of his back, but I think Larry likes his size and rebounding. But with him defective all of Steph, JC and Nate are poor defenders and there are no good defender to substitute at either guard position.

Same at SF, all of Q1, Q2, Ariza, and Lee struggle defensively at the position and those are his only options there.

So if LB is to have any bigs to cover for the poor perimeter D. which leads to easy interior penetration, he has to go with some of Malik, AD, Lee and James. Lee is the popular choice, but are any really convinced he;'s the best intimidator of the bunch?

See, the poor D at the 1-3 positions almost force LB to try to solidify the interior at the 4 and 5.

All offense didn't get it done last year either, and that included D from KT that's as good as from any big we have now.

We have had many Stretches where either curry or James has not been available.

This team needs to run, or score in transition. Craw and Reezy are very strong this way.

Look at our transition defense, it sucks.

Larry can't set loose the offense until our defense is right.

Larry knows what he is looking for. He either has yet to find it, or he is trying to move the team forward.

Its not about who starts, but finishes. Very few of the loses were blow outs. We stay fairly close. Last year we were more volitile, but the loses were often steep.

We can score points, we need defense!
