I attended the last game in the old Garden.

I watched Clyde and Bill Bradley get acquainted.

I watched Bernard drop fidee on the Pistons and Mo Cheeks beat the Celtics

I was at Patricks first game on 33rd and Seventh Avenue

This speed bump ain't nothin'

I ain't goin' nowhere.

This is tough, no doubt. This is a crazy time in NY. But, a fan is a fan in good and bad times. How will I enjoy good times without these terrible times? It may not do good to my health and may get me extremely frustrated after every game, but I can't stop being a Knicks Fan!

We are going to enjoy the good times soooooooo much after all of this. I just hope they come soon. But instead of just being miserable about problems we've had I will remember how much promise we showed earlier in the season, that we have one of the top rookies in the league, and a collection of young players most teams would envy. I will stick with them until they climb out of this hole.

Word up to that, I hate this current team, but its all about the logo on the jersey. And I will never give up on that.
A glimmer of hope maybe?!?

Beautifully put. I can't help but be optomistic lol...which is pretty much why I've completly given up on the gamepicker. If the gamepicker were basketball I'd be in the lottery!

I'm a longtime fan too and I NEVER have given up on the team. I just can't do it. I still have a belief that this team can eventually improve and start to grow together. The team is SOOOO much younger than we've had in a long time. There are so many new faces and we have a coach who is the Anti-Wilkens. LB can make anyone go nuts, just look at the guys on the Olympic Team. Still we have some talent and in time I think this will all work itself out. A real fan won't just give up on his team.

you must be like 900 years old!

just jabbing at ya...
DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.

If we can live thru Ray Williams ups and downs, we can live with Marbs learning how to play from Yoda.

I swore off the emotional attachement in 1994. A part of me died in game 6 and game seven. Then the children came of age and really following multimillionaire men my junior just lost its awsome power. The " good old days" the heroes did not play for multigenerational wealth but for big money and even bigger glory! Not that all that much has changed, but its hard to really really emotionally attach to these guys. THurman Munson was surly, but he was tough, and a leader. Reggie was a star! He failed alot, set the strick out record, but he was a star. Clyde was a quiet leader, Ewing was not that likable, but a tru warrior and worked hard. My point is we have had stars that did not always win, but were solid people, very professional, and some even enjoyed themselves.

Our franchise player in Marbs is the most miserable charactor I have ever seen. Only seems to be enjoying himself if he is "starbury"! Ok, he is never going to be our leader, I can live with it. Too bad. Funny, he got his life long wish but who would have thought it comes with such misery. Too bad. Life is short, enjoy it Marbs!

With each loss, I get more and more pissed off.

But, I'll be watching every Knicks game I can even if they don't win another game this season. Why? Because Knicks fans know.... (damn commercials)
