If NYK fans are as knowledgeable as we claim, we ALL know the issues surrounding our beloved Knicks inside out. The Larry Brown honeymoon is over. Isiah's two year anniversary will not include a speech at City Hall. Steph is on probation. We lose to the Atlanta Hawks. Ron Artest is not in a FedEx Box addressed to 2 Penn Plaza... yet.

So, why not flip the script and change OUR attitude? Instead of hanging our heads and moping around with the same attitude we criticize Steph for.. why not become the loud sixth man again?

We demand effort from the players yet we Boo at the first opportunity after sitting quitely or talking on our cel phones.

Why not turn the noise back up at The Garden from the opening tip? What is there to lose?

The press is PAID to write from the most depressing angle. What is the problem with going to a game to cheer and get LOUD?... why NOT support and cheer this young squad from the start?

Whether you call it a rebuild or a makeover the fact remains it is a work in progress. The results will not be evident for months. Perhaps years.

We are the freakin' NEW York KNICKS dammit!

Now, you may return to your regularly scheduled bitching and moaning.

when the Ny Knick players play like they are disinterested 20 games into the season at home against teams like Orlando and Milwaukee--looking like walking stooges with very little heart and basketball IQ--of course they are going to boo-this is NY--NY fans are smart and can read through BS with ease. They all know the payroll, they know it by looking at the cost of their ticket and what they are NOT getting back from that investment. But booing is good--atleast it shows the sentiment. The Garden is a great place--give the fans ANYTHINg to cheer about and they will---it also can be very quiet when its empty--most people here may be to young or possibly unfamiliar with it. But signs of ghosts at the garden are surely evident.
