Brown: Frustrated, resigned, doesn't know what else to do
"We had trouble guarding out on the perimeter," Brown said, "and they had an incredible night." "I've been in games where teams make shots and there's nothing you can do about it," Brown said. "When you have trouble guarding the perimeter, you'll have nights like this."
Crawford (ans players): Lost, quitting
"We were making such progress defensively, so I hope we didn't take a step backward," Crawford said. "We have to fight our way out. Nobody is going to throw in the towel."*
* Yeah, that one may say that they won't give up, but haven't they already given up in the last games we have played? He can say the right things, but it doesn't matter because his play just says they have given up. After this last three games you even hope that you haven't taken steps backwards on defense? Give me a break!

"Joe and Al went 8-for-8 (from the arc) in the first half, which hurt us," Knicks coach Larry Brown said. "I've been in games where teams make shots and there's nothing you can do about it. And when you have trouble guarding the perimeter, you'll have nights like this."
Craw:
"Nobody thought they would shoot this good," Knicks guard Jamal Crawford said. "It wasn't just one guy we could key on because it was everybody tonight."

That quote makes the Hawks sound like some great team.
