For all of you folks who said, "Oh give them some time" or "It's to early in the season to start complaining", yaddah yaddah yaddah. Now that our own coach has said they suck is okay for us to complain about how bad this team is? Absolutely no fire, no desire & minimal talent. Granted, I believe that some of the issues lie with Larry Brown. But it's more so a collective dismial effort all across the board.
NY KNICKS 4 EVER! Will we ever find players like Anthony Mason, Xavier McDaniels, Patrick Ewing again? I hope so.

They have plenty of talent. I agree about everything else though.

I actually think the knicks will turn it around soon after just 1 or 2 trades.

And believe me I love this team. I have been a loyal fan for the last 20 years. At times, as with all relationship, I get really upset with them. Yes we have talent - Frye, Marbury, Curry & a few others but it's so inconsistent. As great as Michael Jordan was and as pure as his talent was, he worked very hard to achieve the things that he did. He didn't just live off of his natural abilities. He NEVER took a night off. NEVER. These guys are not hungry. Meritocracy can be contagious. If one person starts to slack off, before you know it someone else on the team that starts to. Until it affects the entire team. Losing of course does not help. You can tell, look at how Nate Robinson's body language has changed. He used to instantly be a burst of energy - most times uncontrolled - but none the less energy. That seems to be missing as well. Maybe the reality off QRichardson's situation has them down. It's enough to make anyone feel uneasy, sad & down. This team needs to build mental toughness. We have not seen that around for years - Daniels, Oakley, etc. We were none as punishers, bullies at one point. I mean, we can even take it up even a little further with Spree, Childs and company. Those teams had individuals with character. We don't have players like that anyone more. People who really cared about winning and hated to loose. I mean, hated to loose. I don't know if those are things that can be taught.

This team sucks. Fire Isiah and start over.
If it didn’t work in Phoenix with Nash and Stoutamire... it’s just not a winning formula. It’s an entertaining formula, but not a winning one. - Derek Harper talking about D'Antoni's System

you give up too easily. Having a bunch of drafted rooks would be no easier. Look at Chicago over the past 4 years.

And just think back the the Detroit first half and most the PHO game. THe potential is there.

Oh, just give them some more time. It's still too early to start complaining
