they think that this is it, they can settle in with what we have--call it rebuilding this year and next year add a 20 cent piece and come up with more excuses 30 games in?

the knicks have ben booed EVEYT home game this season, they have been down double digits at home 7 OUt of 8 times
worse than the Hakws and Raptors--3 miracle comebacks or we own the worst NBA record.

You cant bank this team on David Lee and thats what they did with draft picks and saying he is not available--- Christ if he was good he would be playing--Pro sports teams dont hold a secret weapon in street clothes on the bench.

Isiah is being arrogant to a fault. this is why the CBA went bankrupt and why he was kicked out of Toronto and NBC because he is arrogant to a fault.

we as NY Knicks fans teams players management need to save some face here---its NOT going to hurt long term viability saving david lee Nate Robinson and trevor ariza--give them for artest--i wont blame anyone even if artest blows his cork--because its worth the risk and NOT unlike when we acquired Sprewell.

why isnt dolan putting pressure on isiah--someone call this cat and tell him to bring in artest at almost any cost sans frye and curry
RIP Crushalot😞

Let's not forget that Isiah coached Artest and is well aware of his capabilities and disabilities. He also knows that from a pure basketball standpoint Artest is exactly what this team needs. So if we don't get him it's because Isiah knows just how nuts Ron is.

I'm far from Isiah's biggest supporter, but on this one I trust him.

of your 5155 posts, I am of the belief that a full 5100 of them were thread starters. Of those roughly 4000 seemed to have included "David Lee" or "Andrew Bynum" or both.

What about something called "My thread" as sort of an umbrella for all or both of your ideas?

Now this ^^^^was hilarious.

But seriously. Artest is from NY and thats what makes it MORE of a risk for us than for other teams and Zeke knows that. Its not Spree who wanted to redeem himself and did it 3000 miles from his home. Spree's issue was with that particular coach anyway. This is totally different. While I would give up Lee, Robinson, and Ariza for ron ron, I can also understand why someone wouldn't. This guy will be in queensbridge doing some dumb ****, there is almost no doubt about that.

the fact that ron-ron wants to come here, I mean almost demanded to come here and play in this mess shows us how nuts he is. Someone needs to show him film of the last two games..

Man, just let it go.

Untill there is a major philosophy shift in the way this organization is managed, like the one Rangers had this offseason, we will continue to suck.

At this point you can't even say we are mediocre. Man, I still thinkg its ironic as hell that the one year we finally do bad enough to earn a top 3 pick we don't own it.
A glimmer of hope maybe?!?

Seriously. And asking to come to a Brown team for more "freedom" is like saying it's too hot in the fry pan and preferring the fire.

Ron is nuts, and the brawl and anger are the least of it. If he were just a Mason or Sheed type I'd be all for it. But working at Circuit City while on an NBA team, having to be coaxed for hours to get on the team plane after a playoff loss, wanting to retire in two years to start boxing, needing to promote his rap albums during the regular season, being bitter with a contender like the Pacers after they've done all they can for you...

I mean I get it, the guy plays with fire and that's what we need. But the extracurricular stuff, and more distractions... that's the last thing we need. And you know what, I know Isiah likes reclamation projects, but how good is his track record so far?

My feelings for him are the same as for Marbury; I'd rather see them succeed elsewhere than fail here.

Someone brought up that Isiah wanted Artest off the playoff roster his last year as a coach in Indiana. That may noy be the best sign for this trade. There may be too many obstacles here.
