Yeah I was joking about Ariza and Malik but he really does need to work on his jumpshot if he wants to be a player in this league. I don't know how we are going to win if our team is afraid to take 15 footers that elementary school kids can make.

We will know Ariza has developed a jumper when no coach can scare him out of taking it. I have no business going near any NBa court but there isn't a coach alive that would tell me to pass up a 15 footer. I can make them in my sleep. That is the difference between a good jumper and a bad one. Good shooters don't need the coach to build up their confidence. They just make them so everyone shuts up.
