IVERSON'S trade value couldn't be lower right now. 2yrs ago PHILLY was going to trade IVY straight up for STACKHOUSE. I say trade SPREWELL, THOMAS, ANDERSON & 2004 1st & 2nd rd pick for IVERSON & D.C. !!! <P> PHILLY'S LINEUP <P> C=MUTUOMBO PF=THOMAS SF=MCKEE SG=SPREWELL PG=SNOW <P> KNICKS LINEUP <P> C=D.C. PF=MCDYESS SF=HOUSTON SG=IVY PG=WILLIAMS <P> If it doesn't work out with IVY, then we have a good bargining chip for next summer with big names available like DUNCAN & MOURNING. Ithink IVY would tear up the league because everyone turned their backs on him in his time of need, EXCEPT NEW YORK & he would love us for that. What do you think ???

I wonder if Philly would do an Iverson and scrubs for Houston and Thomas exchange?

I could see that happening actually, Iverson is such a headache, they must be getting tired of him by now...New York is New York though. I can't imagine Iverson's problems getting any better in this city. You can't get into trouble so easily living the lifestyle Iverson is accustomed to...

Man, I'd do that trade in a nanosecond. Without one iota of hesitation. We'd be getting back to being a hardcore team again.

Folks hated on Spree and look at him here in NY. I like that edge Iverson has- definitely not the softee type.
Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year. GO KNICKS!

There’s o way I’d put Spree in a trade for AI. Spree’s skillset is more valuable to a team than AI’s.

Iverson has been an MVP, on the first or second all-NBA team every year, and is 27. Spree is 32. Just for that factor I'd do the trade.

If Iverson turns out to be a cancer you could still trade him, but I doubt this is happening, Philly could probably get a much better package (guys on the block like Baron Davis, Andre Miller, Rasheed Wallace, it's tough to imagine them trading for Spree and throws in and picks.)

Philly wouldn't take on Houston's contract IMO. Portland could offer Bonzi and DD if they wanted to...

PAckage a sprewell for Iverson package, knicks would be dangerous!!! Or 3team trade which invovles spree to milwaukee( back Home) ray allen to Philly and Iverson to Knicks... It works on RealGM!!!Ya can't trade houston because of that contract...

Nah guys. This project won`t work. I don`t want this guy in our team. This guy`s going to take every shot, this might work in Philly but not with the Knicks. I like this guy as much as I like Shawn Bradley. He`s Iverson`s the right man for lousy teams to get some wins. But you`ll never ever win a championship with a player like him.
