From today's NY Daily News:

"One interesting aspect to what has transpired over the last 48 hours is that Bill Duffy, McHale's former college roommate and long-time friend, just so happens to be Nesterovic's agent. So it's fairly safe to assume that McHale and Duffy have already gone over every possible scenario regarding Nesterovic's future long before Duffy flew from San Francisco to New York to met with Knicks president Scott Layden on Tuesday."

This means that its pretty unlikely that the Knicks will be able to use their exception on Nesterovic.

But, maybe this isnt such a bad thing. Trading Charlie to Minnesota
would be a good move. The wolves are in dire need of a pt guard.

Ive heard talk of Thomas for Neterovic?! That's gotta be a ridiculous Vescey rumor.
