Don't know if this has been posted yet:

A day after waiving small forward Matt Barnes, Larry Brown again listed point guard and - curiously enough - small forward as the Knicks' greatest needs. He suggested the Knicks could fill Barnes's vacancy soon. "We thought this was the right thing to do, and maybe we'll surprise you and have a new guy in the locker room on our next trip," Brown said. The open roster spot could be a precursor to a 1-for-2 trade. The Knicks previously pursued Portland small forwards Ruben Patterson and Darius Miles. The N.B.A.'s trade market should loosen up Dec. 15, when teams are allowed to trade players signed in the off-season.

Interesting... very interesting. Quit holding it back Larry, let us know! I can't even speculate who its going to be, theres a million guys out there and Larry is so damn picky, you'd have no idea who it could be. Oh well, guess we gotta wait a little longer.

Sounds like something more than a D-League pickup at least.

well it isnt darius miles, hes out for 2 months with a knee injury.

we lost 2 games i taped which i will get to tomorrow

looking at the box, channing is still doing the same thing--hes hitting shots and not rebounding the ball 3/4 games 30+ minutes 3 rebounds. Im almost about to consider him a 3. We need a roughneck rebounder. James is back?

Q played 40 big one's today, 14 rebounds which is great--him and Ariza combined for 20--we have to have guys do that if the bigs wont.

This Frye thing has to do with positioning. As great as this guy's offenseive game is, its vitally important to get him closer to the hoop to utilize the jump hook. The shot dispertion looks like he took 2 high caliber shots, the rest long range, although it doesnt make up for defensive rebounding.

And LB and Isiah are eerily calm and quiet about our recent poor play...

There is no trade with the Rockets and there will be a free agent signing within the next 48 hours.

Probly Lynch...

LB wouldn't go out of his way to say that unless it was a player he personally looked forward to.
DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.

He's a dinosaur, that would be very desparate. I think it will really be a surprise...as it always is with Isiah.

Oh yeah? I hate people who do this becuase its pointless to tell people this if you actually know something. If you know something, spill it. If not, don't waste our time by making stupid posts like that.
