And Isiah for that matter. LB wears his heart on his sleeve and is a very emotional guy. I didnt get the booing. I guess they would have rather of had Doug Collins or Rick Carlisle... I guess that banne floating the raftors is overrated.

Great job by the Piston starters to go and each give him some love before the game. That was awesome and something I bet Larry really cherished

Detroit's not known for having classy fans! My ex lived in Michigan and I listened to the Detroit sports radio stations whenever I saw her. Last year, the biggest debate among the fans was whether they'd sweep the Heat or beat them 4-1.

It is clear why the fight erupted in the palace.

Did you hear the fans heckling Steph last night?

you guys see the cutaway - can't remember if I was watching ESPN or MSG at the time - to last year's playoff game 6 against Miami, I am guessing late in the game and they were just breaking the huddle. Brown was like "wait, wait, come back here. I forgot to tell you guys that I love you." It sounded really sincere from him too.

You're 100% right here killa. All of my friends from the midwest really hate detroit fans and refer to them as belligerent white trash. This is, obviously a generalization/stereotype but, as evidenced by the pacers fight, it has some basis. Either fans are drinking too much, or aren't being raised properly (or their parents should've been sterilized).

I dunno. Didn't Knicks fans used to boo Pat Riley?

Indiana fans don't have such a great rep either.

Yeah the heckling was pretty harsh. In particular I heard "You're half the man Nate is.. you shouldn't be starting" and it seemed like a woman was yelling "You suck" which was pretty original.
