I was reading an article on the centers the Knicks were looking at, and I read:
With their need for big bodies, however, the Knicks are closely watching Eric Chenowith. The 2001 second-round draft pick from Kansas was cut before veterans camp last September, but he went on to receive all-league honors in the National Basketball Development League.
Maybe he has some skill/talent? He is 7-1 and fairly big, maybe he's worth a shot... can't be wose than Freddy Weis. Also,
foul-prone James (nickname: "Big Snacks") won't watch his weight
Do we need another foul-prone player? Especially if he's overweight? Reminds me of Derick Coleman without the talent... Still, he is a big body.

Eric earned some reputation while he was playing in the NBDL. Seems like he adjusted his game to a more physical one. At least he would be a nice backup `cause this guy has size `n skillz. He just has to show his stuff during the summer leauge. Guys I think this guy will be a big suprise.

makes me puke throughout the night
his dreaded locks haunt my every dream
while jerome james is up late with his ice cream

exactly. look for kerner to kick some decent game. some of the games will be televised on ESPN, ESPN2 - let's scout them out...

Felton had his run in the NBA lets atleast give Chenowith a chance at worst he does what Spencer does at best he does what Spencer did in his early years. I say give the young ones a chance.

we need to dump spencer, for real. anyone has to be better, at least based on upside alone!

I watched a lot of Kansas games over the years, and I must have missed something, if Chenowith was like WHOA!!!

Hey i prefer Chenowith than that GARBAGE from minnesota(Nestorivic)whatever his name is... At least CHenowith came from a pretigious university and he's a big body that can bang.... The knicks need someone in the middle to protect McDyess.
