I agree with part A......Part B...not so much.

I'd definitely do it, Battier would be our starting 3 - smart player, great defensively, he would be a great fit in Larry's system. I doubt the grizzlies would give him up for Ariza though, maybe Ariza and Nate if nate keeps playing well or Ariza, Barnes, and Penny for Cardinal and Battier - something where we take on more salary.

Battier is nice.

But I prefer Ricky Davis over Mike Miller or Wally. If we're trading for a SF, we've got to get a guy who plays D.
