Nedyal was in defiance of Layden. I would labor to try to figure out his plan. Turn the thing inside out, thus, the backwards.

Haisi just did not seem to roll.

When Isiah was hired I was blown away that Dolan fired Layden. I let Layden off the hook a bit cuz I believe his hiring that he subsequent and previous Starphuching which is a knick staple for years, is an organizational failure. If one believes a that a rotting head ruins the body, then Dolan was the head. While most folks were just jizzing over Isiahs hiring, I for some reason just decided it was a Dolan move and he showed a lot of moxie over this "organizational" change and in honor of him was born Nalod.

Jimbo may be a few kopecs short of a Ruble but he puts up the money and is not afraid of trying to better the team. The Layden years were trying to save money and starphuch at the same time. It was a disaster plan and Layden was the wrong man for the wrong job.


It may be time to change it soon. Marbs seems to be getting so much crap I am rooting very hard. for his success. I seem to take the minority (I do care, I really do) opinion and run with that from time to time. Its easy to complain, and easier to act the emporer and say: "he ammuses me no more, trade him for better!" and think that alone will improve the team.

This group will get better, and there will be changes from time to time. But reactionary resopnse to a loss in anger is no way to run a team!
