Marbury was every bit as good as Iverson today. He is still our best player by far.

He had a solid 2nd half, and surprisingly made some big plays.

but AI kept the Sixers in the game. 40 and 10. He's a hog, but damn he's the best hog we've seen since Michael...
DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.

Yes he was, clean the sh!t out ur noggin.

He had a solid 2nd half, and surprisingly made some big plays.

He made a lot of big plays and was very efficient too, but I guess if Iverson scored more, he must have been better...

but AI kept the Sixers in the game. 40 and 10. He's a hog, but damn he's the best hog we've seen since Michael...

AI is about 4 levels below MJ. There is no comparison of the 2 as great "ballhogs". AI is a chucker, Jordan left his chucking days behind when he started winning.

Marbs was great tonight. He was a key part of that second half comeback. He scored when he had to and knew when to turn it off and start passing the ball. Marbs had like 6 assist but a lot of his passes turned into an assist for another player. He just played the way he should play.
I always say out it on marbs and in this game he took matters into his own hands.

I came in late, so I didn't see the whole game, but I thought Marbury was great. He scored at important times. Also, don't forget, Marbs gets the assist on Nate's game winning shot.

Thats one thing that bothered me. I want Steph taking the last shot every single night. He is our best player and gives us the best chance of winning. I hope its not a repeat of what he did a few times last year.

AI isnt a chucker. When your unguardable your allowed to take a lot of shots. The Knicks were better than the sixers, thats why we won.

AI carried a very average sixers team to the finals. He also single handedly won that first finals OT game.

Chuckers dont win MVPs or 4 scoring titles.

BTW I'm taking nothing from Steph... he was AWESOME yesterday. I was thinking about how he ofter struggles late in games but he was great in crunch time and OT

damn marbs gets no love at all....people just hate hate hate on him. When are we going to give this guy some props. He hit some huge ass shots and played solid d. Not to mention he dove for a lose ball....give it up for our all star.

big deal Ivy had 40, marbury probably would have also if he took as many shots as AI.

Micheal learned to win when he started trusting those around him. I can recall three championship games where they one at the buzzer where Mike passed to the open man. Pax, Wennington, and Kerr (im sure there are others.

Sure you wanted Mike to have the ball, but he did the right thing and sometimes thats to pass to the open man.

Marbs drew in defenders and passed off to a 5-9 rookie!

This shows he is buying into system!

He ain't mike, and never will be but he is learning.

AI is a freak, but yesterday Marbs was better for one reason, we got the win!

Larry is right, Nate is a Highlight film!

Knicks can use this game as a springboard. They came back, had a strong 3rd period, and won a close game!

Only reason to keep Frye out of startingline up is fouls. Better to have him in the 2nd half!

He did everything right, was consistant throughout, and stepped up in the clutch, and most importantly we win. He put up alot of points too on great shooting. 33, 6 and 5, with 3 turnovers, and he played 44 minutes? Come on man, if you can't give him props for that, you never can.

He was the leader he needed to be yesterday.

He misses about 60% of them. If he stopped shooting bad jumpers and just used his superb speed to draw fouls, he'd have a much higher FG%

futhest thing from the truth. He's a career 42% FG shooter. Not great but when you consider how often he gets to the FT line it puts that # in much different light.

Please dont tell me some crap that AI only scores because he shoots a ton and any NBA player could do that. He gets to the FT line more than anyone in the league. He's gotten the FT line in his career about as much as Shaq. More than Kobe, Tmac or anyone else, and usually by a lot.
