So far our summerleague team looks like this...

PG Frank Williams(hopefully our starter)
SG Lavor Postell
SF Pete Mickeal(a 6-5 PF in college at Cinc.)
PF John Thomas(another first round bust, but has decent size)
C Eric Chenowith(need i say more)
6th Pedrag Savovic(could start over Mickeal)
7th Horace Jenkins
8th Donte' Jones(first round bust)

I'm sure there will be more players that we don't know about yet. It doesn't look bad, but nothing special. I doubt Milos Vujanic will be playing, but that would be cool if he did. We will likely see him on the summerleague team next year.

Does Savovic have a chance of making the team?????I really hope so because he has good outside range and decent size...this guy was projected for a second round pick...does anyone know what the knock is on him???

Well as Im not sure but one thing that didn't help was the rumor that he had a guaranteed contract in sight with a european top team!
What about Smush Parker and Lenny Cooke were were the problem with him? Why are they not in our summerleague team?!

Some of them will be on tv, mainly espn and espn2, i think. The games are at UMass and it's $10 for one session which is two games. I'll probably get in to see a pair of games sometime next week.

and pedrag is going to italy, so no summer league for him.

Hey how about D'angelo Collins and Lenny Cooke they would be good summer league players for us . I know that Collins comes with plenty of baggage but what the hell , he is young athletic and is against all odds I think he deserves a look at least. What do you guys think? Let me know.

Before everyone gets all excited about the summer league, i remember charlie ward used to score 15-20 points easy when he used to play in the summer league.....more recently, demarco johnson, averaged 20 points or close to it. You remember him dont you? haha. The point being, its all nice to see these young players, but lets not get too excited haha ;).

no, but chenowith doesn't mind auditioning, wright is the polish league mvp.
