what did you expect? to win the east? to make the playoffs? yea right, this team has a lot to learn. They didnt learn jacksh!t under chaney, lenny, or herb. We have several rooks, 2nd yr players, and players who have never had a real coach before. At least with Brown, you can see players getting better at different areas of their game. It is going to take time, i thought everyone realized that prior to the season.

this will probably be an 0-5 stretch. 1-4 at best.

that would leave us at 3-12 or 4-11. wow. that's a tough hole to climb out of in the east this year.

our schedule has been VERY tough but as the losses mount, our shot at the playoffs seem farther and farther away. and we give away that lotto pick to chicago.

times are tough...hopefully it'll look brighter down the road.

my immediate goal - to get to .500 by december 31st.

bringing lb to ny was suppose to get us out of this hole. last season lenny had us on holiday, we were winning during thanksgiving and christmas. once the holiday's were over, shortly after we started losing.

this year may be a little different, though lb may need a little script for motivational purposes, can anyone predict what week knick fans can enjoy a .500 moment?

All 4 of the next few games are going to be mega tough. Miami, then Chicago then Detroit? OUCH! The more I look at it, the more I realize how last nights loss hurt more and more.

I'll go out on a limb: 3rd week of December.

I still say 1-4 overall for the current stretch. I don't think we can beat DET or MIA. we match up well with Chicago if Eddy is healthy, but they have their sh!t together and we don't, so... it could be tough...

yep, I'm not optimistic about our chances for any of the next 3. We might have a shot against Miami and especially Chicago, but I think we're still underdogs for both. Detroit is going to kick our ass.

Just thinking on what awaits us ahead. Still, I take this team with a great future over the last Knicks' versions.

Well, I didn't really know what to expect prior to this season because I thought the vets would get most of the time and we would be a mediocre team making the playoffs. But then I saw how our rookies were better than out vets but still Larry wouldn't play them and the uncertainity began.

It will be a long season no matter what, because these players are learning. Frustrating? Yeah, smoe nights when you know we could've won a game bus still didn't. Thats part of being a fan. No matter how much you know they are learning you still expect your team to win. They will, soon. But for now, its just a ride we have to be willing to take along with them. And Im in!

Tonight is an absolute must win. We're on our home court and then we have Detroit next in their home arena. Chances aren't good for that game, so we just can't lose 3 in a row with the record we have now. Steph and Jamal have to keep Heinrich and Gordon out of the paint. If Gordan scores 30 on Js, fine, but we have to keep guys out of the paint this time, and keep SWEETNEY off the offensive glass. Frye has to rebound the ball real good and post up. Chandler is nice, but he is no ZO!
