Hire him for the draft(pay him the same because he deserve it) because you cannot deny his eye for talent. Frye is a player and I was sure he was going to be a bust but man was I wrong. This is looking good so far and he is becoming one of my favorite players. Ariza, Lee and Robinson are not bad either.

This makes sense. He's bringing in great young talent. Fire him. Then have him run the draft.
