Would this team have a better record right now if we still had Tim Thomas starting at the 3???

Yes, but LB probably wouldn't have played him. Remember, he traded TT one time already. LB didn't like TT. LB doesn' like most players, I don't know why he doesn't just retire.

They didn't want him I am 100% sure zeke tried. Yes we would be better with TT. He could have helped us, especially as a spot up shooter.

As bad as TT is, he would have scored 17 pts per game and maybe Larry could have gotten him to rebound more just like he is doing with curry

i heard tim didn't even sit at the end of the bench the last two games after halftime...he just stayed in the lockerroom.

offer them penny or AD for tim in december and get it done.

i hate tim just as much as anyone but this can only help us, not hurt as his deal expires as well.

the CBA rules prevent Tim from being traded back for a year. the only way for NY to acquire him is off waivers.

Yes, they would have a better record. But Its not about winning quite yet, its about this team getting a direction, chemistry and learning how to win. TT would not be a part of the future, so why bother. Better to lose and learn than win and procrastinate.

Huh? He was our best 3 point shooter at over 40% last year. When he is in the mood, he destroys people on his "on" nights. Hate him or love him, be fair.
