First of all let me say this, If you think I am getting carried away, So be it.. I don't care...

I don't care about any first round pick next year, I don't care about our record, or rumors of who is comming or going, all I care about is what I saw this second quarter of the lakers game..

I saw, nate, frye, lee, butler and marbs on the floor, that is basically 4 rookies, lead us back and build a 7 point lead, and they did it playing the right way, defending, passing , rebounding, dunking, the whole spectrum...

watching frye ball like that, watching nate create shots, Butler in the post and blocking shots, Lee on the boards and passing well and hitting a open jumper.. I mean wow... These guys can play, really they can, and it just gives us a glimpse into our future.... These guys love to play with each other, and they can play on both ends, when I saw frye block odom straight up on the break, I was like wow.... How many times do you see that happen to odom?

This is why I get upset when I hear trades like, frye, lee, ariza, two first round picks and the statue of liberty, for Garnett... I want too see these guys grow, I mean be honest, these guys have a real chance to be special, we are not talking about kwame brown and his bad game, and devean george, and chris mihm, those guys are hack role players, no disrespect, but they are not the players you win with...

Win or lose in this game, I was so impressed with this second quarter, I know our future is safe... So far...

We also got to see we can be good without Steph, Q, Mo, Rose etc.

Shoulda just been building thru the draft from the minute Layden got axed.

Anyway, last year we thought out future revolved around Steph and Jamal, but the truth of the matter is our frontcourt, Ariza, Lee, Frye, and Curry is where we'll make our mark in the future. As it should be...

I'd trade the Statue of Liberty for KG straight up. Throw in Big Game to make the salaries match. Otherwise, forget it.

Yeah, when he finally lets us run, we're gonna be tough, we have alot of good finishers. Lots of young and athletic guys.

to run, they need to rebound the ball. Lakers got WAAAAY too many second opportunities tonight on those long rebounds off Kobe bricks. I think the Lakers were more ready for when Kobe was going to shoot and got better position.
