Let's say teams wanted Stephon Marbury and you could have any player in the league, who would YOU, as Knicks GM trade him for and why?

No....This is as if they thought it was a fair trade...Ha. It's kind of more like...Who would you build your team around...If you could pick one player of todays game.

Anyway, I don't think it's lame. If you could build your team around one player, it's not going to be Stephon Marbury, atleast not for me. Call me crazy, butfor me it would be either Kobe Bryant or Lebron James.

Sounds like this thread has nothing to do with Marbury and is just a question of what NBA player would you dream of having

lebron james cuase hes only going to get better, kobe is talented but doesnt get along with teammates sometimes, shaq is in decline, duncan is great but lebron is more versatile than duncan, and amare might have a serious injury.

Isiah has never sold low. He hasn't traded any important players when their value was at a low point. He's smart enough to know now is not the right time to trade Steph unless some team approaches him with an offer he can't refuse.
