After their 0-4 start, talk about the team's roster is all the rage and the New York Post's Peter Vescey suggests Isiah Thomas and Larry Brown are open to parting with Stephon Marbury. Finding a taker is the hard part with his contract and history flaws.
However, Brown and Marbury are still trying to make the relationship work. "I don't think right now what I'm asking him to do, he's completely comfortable and familiar with," Brown said in the Post. "Until I feel he can't do it, I'm going to continue to work on him. He's never showed me he won't try."
Said Marbury: "Once it starts to click and everyone goes on the same page, it becomes like riding a bike. Right now we're still trying to learn to ride the bike and we're falling off."

Nov 11 - An adviser to Isiah Thomas suggests the Knicks could be persuaded to trade for the Raptors' Jalen Rose, the Toronto Star reports. The Knicks flirted with obtaining the swingman last season. And now the Raptors might be interested in acquiring Penny Hardaway and his expiring contract.
