Did anyone happen to read the story on Jerome James in Friday's Post? Here's by far the best part:

James said he has struggled because Brown hasn't given him enough minutes. James has played just 18 minutes, picking up 10 fouls. "You can only do so much biking, you can only do so much treadmill, you can only do so much extra cardio," James said. "Sooner or later you have to go and get your rhythm on the court. I haven't had that chance."



James is kidding, right? A little levity to break the tension, right? OR IS HE THAT STUPID???

I mean, a guy who's grossly out of shape commits 10 fouls in 18 minutes in the first three games -- one of which he started -- and he has the nerve to say he has not been given a chance, and that's why he has struggled??????????

Can a player be fined or suspended for sheer stupidity, or sheer ignorance? I'm gonna have to look that one up.

The real question is, can a GM be fined or suspended for giving 30 millions to a big cow like JJ?

At least maybe JJ can sell himself to another team with these comments...there has to be another sucker out there...

maybe nobody told him you can only have 6 fouls in a game before your DQed

I hope there are some blowouts at the Garden so fans can chant his name & 'applaud' when he enters for garbage time...
