If Brown can't see this, he needs new glasses cause:

Starting lineup + Rotation:

SF- Ariza
PF- Frye
C- Curry
PG- Marbury
SG- Richardson (even if he sucked bigtime today, if he is healthy he should be there)

PF/C- Davis
PG- Nate
PG/SG- Crawford
SF/PF Lee

SF- Barnes
C- Butler
PF- Mo T

Inactive:

Rose (this is the best place for you!)
Penny
James (get your freaking ass in shape and cut the fouls, dam it!)

I see your point with Penny because today we needed shooting, but Im not sure if Penny has something left on his tank. Mo T, meanwhile, has been playing great from the bench...

Penny or Mo T in the 12th spot is debatable. I say Penny because I think if we bring Butler into the lineup there's no room for Mo T.

Thats also debatable because we first have to see if Penny can be at least a good shooter for us. If not, rather have Mo T who brings another low post scoring if Curry has foul trouble...

If penny can help, then its either Butler od Mo T in the inactive list. Brown likes Butler, but Mo T has been solid so far and we know Larry loves the vets

I disagree I think n8 should should start at the 2, he was apart of that fast pace squad that always cleans up the mess that the vets make. It also might be a good idea to start frye at the C and start lee at the PF, I know it sounds kind of dumb to not start curry but Frye has some center skills, and Lee and he seem to play very well together, but maybe I'm wrong about that.

Let's not get carried away. Nate, Frye and Lee may not ALL be ready to start. You won't get today's results every game with them starting, plus it's nice to have a sparkplug off the bench. All I'm saying is that all three should be significant parts of our 8-10 man rotation every night. When they play well, they should not be yanked. And we should never see Malik Rose or JJ in a game again.

Let N8 come off the bench and have that impact on the game that can turn the game around in our favor. But we need stability in the starting rotation, and Q brings that, at least when healthy. About Lee, lets not get carried away. Maybe at some point late in the season he is ready, but your idea would take Curry out of the starting lineup (a mistake) and would kill any tipe of strong play from our second unit. We need balance. Certainly Frye and Ariza should start even if the best scenario would be to have more experienced players. The fact is that they are better players than the other we have at their respective positions. Lee and Nate can come off the bench for now...

Agreed. That's clearly the team that makes the most sense. Hopefully it won't be much longer before we get it.

I pointed this out on another post, Q had 6 boards...so, he didn't suck big time...just couldn't get his legs under his shot, but he found other ways to contribute (same amount of boards as marbs, craw and nate combined)

He stays in the stating lineup. At this point, Davis and Mot are my offense defense front line with a little vet presence.

With my comments out of the way, you are absolutely correct that is the lineup.

Did you check the lee/frye and marbs/frye chemistry...it's gonna be a great stretch when we win those 5 games in a row.

Oh, and the defense, Golden state scored 100 points in 18 of their last 21 games, and our Scrappy Knicks held them to 83.

Defense (like the spike lee commercial pleads)
all kool aid all the time.
