Precise??? You've used "small", "low" and "average" in a futile attempt to downplay the ridiculous contract that Isiah gave the Big Stiff. How precise is that?

If fairness, had he picked Amare the Nuggets probably would've been too good and then not had the #3 pick that they used to get Carmelo.

But, yes... Nikoloz Tskitishvilli was a bad pick at #5. A 7' guy with a tremendous jumper, but taking players who don't even get in Euroleague games is quite risky.
