Do we get a trade exception if he eats Nate?

C'mon guys, it's ONLY two games...give JJ a chance...he's in a new system...he's working himself into shape...he's playing with new players...

Careful he doesn't EAT Nate!

Im looking forward to a Marbs-Davis Duel!

Can the ego be put aside for the good of the team?

Can anyone name the gangs from the movie "the Warriors?"

I think Baron davis is broken again.. I said this before, that guy is always hurt...

That team is going to cause some matchup problems for us.

The only way we can match up is to give big minutes to Ariza and our rookies--we are going to need every ounce of hustle and athleticism to guard these guys.

yes. i want frye and lee soaring and scoring. i want nate harrassing and surpassing. i even want butler muscling and tussling.

as for big game, he'll be amassing and passing - gas that is!

Marv, check out the % dropping and a flopping......

Big Game and Nate Robinson will have the best 2-man game in the league. Nate's gonne be feeding Big Game alley-oops to eat... all season long!

I hope the Knicks come out with a vengeance and beats GS thoroughly this afternoon.
Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year. GO KNICKS!

Rather than winning a crappy game, I want to see a good game from our players, meaning:

- Better offensive flow (going inside-out)
- Free throws shooting above 75%
- Defensive hustle
- Boxing out
- Out-rebounding GS
- Limit T/O and stupid fouls/decision making
- Curry playing 30min/Frye 25min/Ariza 25min/Q 30min/Nate 10min
- Lee sighting (James or Rose inactivated)

Starters: Marb/Q/Ariza/Frye/Curry
2nd unit: Nate/Craw/Barnes/Taylor/AD

Go Knicks!

This is the most difficult game so far for us I think, but we can beat ANYBODY if we don't let them grab mnany offensive boards and don't comit too many turnovers. It's time for the boys to give Larry his first win with the Knicks.

OT: Gasol rules!!!! I knew if given the minutes he would be great, not just good.

No, but I hope Lee & Butler gets activated soon.

Butler proved that he deserves minutes in the preseason Spurs game where he went in 23min:
12pts(5-8 shooting/FT 2-3)/8 reb(1 OREB)/1 ast/4 blk

And Lee could be useful against athletic Warriors team.

According to NY Daily:
------
ROSTER SHUFFLE? Brown hinted yesterday that he may shake up the roster by activating either David Lee or Jackie Butler.

Both sat out the first two games and Brown said that with Eddy Curry (calf) and Antonio Davis (ankle) hurting, the Knicks could make one or two changes.

Assuming Curry and Davis are available today against Golden State, there is a chance that either Malik Rose or Maurice Taylor will be placed on the inactive list, which under new league rules can change game-to-game.

ARIZA'S 'A' GAME: Ariza was the Knicks' best player in Friday's loss to Washington. The second-year small forward provided energy, defense and rebounding off the bench.

"Trevor was phenomenal," Brown said. "If you play with that kind of effort, something good is going to happen. I thought he was terrific."

Baron Davis, who missed the Warriors' loss on Friday to Utah with a strained left hamstring, practiced yesterday. The club is calling him a gametime decision.

I always loved Gasol's game and I didn't understand why they played him rather sparingly considering his superior skill level and size-- I knew once he got the PT he would explode. On another note--why has he gone for the Grizzly Adams look? He needs to hit the barber shop

funny looking back to the so-called big 4 of 2001 Gasol is/was so much better than any of them, it wasnt even close.
