No joke, but Q is a baller. Last night, during the minutes that he played, our team was functioning in all cylinders. Our offense was crisp and we played organize. Marb didn't have to guard someone that was taller than him, so he was able to contain the PG from Boston. I hope that he gets healthy quickly, because we can use his help at SG. I prayed for that starting lineup and we were blessed by it. I simply hope that Brown realizes how smoothly we performed with the starting lineup that we had on the court. The only change that I would make with that lineup is Areeza instead of Barnes.

We should go into every game with this starting lineup, because it is the strength of our roster.

Marb, Q, Reezy, AD, Curry
Nate, Crawff, Barnes, Mo T, and Frye....

James has not shown that he is ready for the big dance. He is unable to stay on the court, therefore, someone else can enjoy the time that he is not on the court...

silky smooth. Him and Marbury work great together with Marbury penetrating and kicking it out to Q for a wide open 3!

Any word on Q's health? He's key to any success we have this season.

we will probably know about his health by tomorrow. we need him to be a contributor, because he has something that none of our other guards have. That boy gives us the kind of things that true SG like Vince, Kobe, Pierce, TMack give their teams...Shooting, defending and posting.

I was at the game last night so I'm not sure if you could notice it from watching on tv, but Q was hurting big time. Everytime he came out it was immediate rubbing and stretching of his back then putting on a heat pad and wrapping him up while he grimaced. He looked good while he was in, but seeing that while he was out makes me very nervous that he'll be able to endure 82 games...

DLee is the best thing to happen to NY in Isiah's 4 year tenure. And that alone, though a positive on the radar, is sad as hell.

what I want to know is why he didnt show any signs of it last season with pho. anyway if he goes down we could start barnes at the SG and ariza at the SF, the only problem then is that we have no sf to come of the bench

that is why we must trade either Rose or Mo to a team for a defensive SG/SF type of player. At this point, I would be ok trading with Portland,,,,but what can we actually get from them? Penny as a expiring contract is probably enough to get Rose from Toronto....But is that a good deal? Since Portland has inquired about rose, maybe we can trade him to them for a guy like Patterson, but we would have to get a third team to help us get that true PG that we actually need.

Yeah i guess he didn't come out and say " My backs being killing me lately I think I'm a get check out in october" What did he play...80 games last season, and I thought it was a hampstring injury ( which can linger for weeks)

its got to be because of the weightlighting he does. I didn't realize Q was so jacked!

Hopefully this is not the LJ bad back years revisited!

Not if we need a piece to help us win games....Penny is on the roster earning $15 millions for nothing....we can actually use that spot. Keep in mind that we have needs at both SG and SF...

If there's a top-tier player that becomes available towards the trade deadline for cap relief, then you use a large expiring deal. Trading for Rose is not my idea of a good $15 M (times how many years left?) investment.

The insurance on his contract does not cover his back. This was an issue. Dudes were jacked by this trade like we took PHX to school by extracting Nate from them.

HIs back is a problem. Don't live in denial.

I'd take Q with a questionnable back OR Nate over Kurt. Getting both was icing on the cake.
