No matter how old he is, Spree will have no problem contributing to a team. Be careful, ya never know who might pick him up and what the future will bring for the guy.

I have no ill will towards dude. He once played for us....now he doesn't. It's as simple as that for me.

Some people don't like when others make fun of spree!

Its a shame really how the anti-establishment, Anti-Layden, and anti-Dolan Spree imploded and lost his credability.

The dude has left each team unloved. I thought his exile from golden state was wrong, met him with open arms here, but tired of his Mewell drama act with each passing event. The Anti Dolan Tirade was the real icing. The Garden is OUR HOUSE!

HE was a great player and firece competitor!

I don't wish him ill will either but he truly doesn't remember that the game he loved to play was paying him and he took that for granted. I can only imagine what he thinks about the paycheck he is receiving now.

I said nothing about Spree being a Knick. You read too far into my simple statment that you'd be surprised at who he could get picked up by. Meaning it could be a contender. And dude could be solid for them.

well, he's a rich dude already, but he can kiss 20 million goodbye. some of these guys r crazy--like radman from seattle turning down 38mm$
spree had a nice deal on the table and thought he owned leverage and now appeasr to be blackballed out of the league--i dont even think spree will play for a mil, on top of it, no one seems to want him. it seems like he would be a good fit for miami, but shaq doesnt want him.

I don't really think the lead blackballed him. He just did this to himself. He is one of those guys who acts like he was born into the money and totally forgot where he came from.

I, too, was appauled by Latrell "Jar Jar" Sprewell's performance in Star Wars Episode 1.
Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.
