There is a lot of motion. There are alot of cross cutting making everyone a threat to score. Nice. None of that stand still wait for something to happen BS that has been going on since the 90's.

Brown loves to go backdoor and the Knick never go backdoor.....on purpose. It's just something that I didn't see in anyones posts.....the players are playing well but I think the system is gonna work really well once guys get used to it.

offensively we'll be fine as we have been the last couple of years. I'm more worried about defense with guys like MArbury, crawford, Q & Curry..all big minute players

I feel like everytime we put the ball on the floor we dribble into a turnover.

thats expected with the ridiculous lineups we are playing. That will settle once the season starts. The problem is once Curry, Q, Crawford & Marbury all start the game off simultaneously we're going to give up a ton of points and see many 32-24 1st quarter deficits

I dont know... add AD to that group and I think we score more than we give up. Hell.. last year the problem was finishing games more than starting them, and that was with KT/Sweetney/TT up front. Now its Q/Curry/AD (probably). I think we can jummp out of the gate pretty quickly.

Curry will definitely help during 4th quarters but another reason we constantly blew leads is because opposing guards torched our fabulous backcourt of Crawford and Marbury by driving right past them or drainging wide open 3's

The last few preseason games, Larry will have his real starting lineup on the court. I hope and pray that it will be: Marb(PG), Q (SG), Ariza (by virtue of seniority and because he never lost his job), Frye (PF), Curry.

I hope it is:

AD
Curry

Cause I want NRob Marbs Reezy Lee Frye running up and down the court as a second line... think like hockey.

You know I gonna spin wit it

Do you even realize how big of a liability our backcourt will be with your propose starters? I guess defense doesn't mean a thing to you..

Why are we getting overexposed to Mo Taylor. I know it is preseason but Isiah has to chop that one up to a strike out and move on. Its hard to believe but i think he actually gained weight from last season. I know he has been injured but he is now unwatchable. Every minute Frye isn't playing the more time it will take him to adjust to the NBA level. And I think I am getting too much of Nate too. We have no guard depth now, Barnes just isn't the answer. Shooters please apply, the only ones on this team that should take a shot more than 10 feet are Q, Frye, and Steph. Jamal should if he is the last option I rather have him drive (the guy goes to the line when he drives).

Curry isnt good to finish. To many TOs.

I would finish with Marbury, Q, Ariza, Frye, AD because of fundamentals, rebounding, and good FT shooting.

Yeah, there's lots of cutting and ball movement, though things still get sloppy or stilted fairly often. It'll get better. The main worry I have is about our shooters. We're fairly weak in the jump shooting department, which will hurt us this season. At some point, you have to stop swinging the ball around and driving into the D and just bust a few quick Js.

How many min does most folks think AD gets? I see him at 10-15 min at best off the bench when we in foul trouble.

I would hope he can start for us and give us 20-25 minutes at least to start the year, if not closer to 30. When Frye and Lee play better those minutes will go down.

Yeah, I've noticed the difference in the offense, hence my comments about Crawford struggling on the offensive end as well (although his stats look good from last night). Last year he and Marbury went one-on-one with their defenders taking long jumpers more than they should have, and the offense struggled.

Now, with more movement, I've observed Crawford not fitting in the offense the way he did last year. I think it will take time to polish because this team has had so many changes.

I think Crawford will be the most interesting guy to watch. I just do not see a significant role for him, once we get a shooter in here to come off the bench. There's just no way Crawford deserves to start with QRich (3-point ability) and Ariza (defensive ability, rebounding) in the fold. And I think we're better off with a shooter and/or defender off the bench rather than Crawford, who can do neither.

Will LB sour on Crawford quickly? Will Zeke and LB go to war over this? Stay tuned...

It'd be nice to get a shooter or two.
