Isiah has transofrmed this team from an over the hill bunch of has beens to a young and upcoming group of stars. People are debating on if anyone on this team is a Larry Brown player but, who cares about that we know he can do what he is paid to do and that is coach. Isiah has made the most out of the two drafts he's been in New York with the additions of Trev, Nate, David and Frye. Then he sent his scouts out to find two hustlers who I think will make the final roster in Jackie and Matt Barnes. There are a few critics around talking about the Jerome James contract but, I don't see how they can complain because Jerome played better then Foyle and Dampier last year and they making double what he makes so in my eyes he was a steal.

His only problem has been with trades but getting Eddy Curry would seem to me as wiping out all his past trade mistakes. The Keith Van Horn for Tim Thomas trade is a wash because we got Curry out of that deal. The Malik Rose for the Nazr trade worked best for the team because we got David Lee and Eddy Curry with the picks even if Malik gets burned by quick PF's every night. The only trade that come with a question mark is the Maurice Taylor for the alcholic trade but really who would you guys rather have at the end of the bench Moochie and Vin or Maurice Taylor?

I feel it's time for some Isiah props he has made the team watchable again while also keeping everyone in suspense with what the Knicks will do next. Waiving Jerome Willams over Allan, Allan Retiring, Trading for Eddy Curry. The Knicks have kept the media busy all summer and who's to say that's not good for buisnees. Isiah=Exec of the year

They might as well give it (to Isiah) early. It's a wrap!
Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year. GO KNICKS!

i think chad fraud would beg to differ. he would probably say we're too young and inexperienced to go anywhere. not to mention the fact that we still have a "100mil payroll" blah, blah, blah.....HATER!!!

He'll say the same when we win the championship: "The Knicks may have won the NBA title, but ther are still many questions left unanswered after their lucky win. They sure won't repeat next year..." blah, blah, friggin' BLAH".

I guess that's why haters don't matter after all.

Isiah for President! After what he's done for the Knicks, imagine what he'd do for this country!

LOL! I've been accused maybe once or twice or 5000 times of being a kool aid drinker but I agree. They don't give out these awards before the season starts.

Let's not jump the gun on this one. We haven't played a single regular season game yet.

At this moment in time, it would be just as relevent!

Im looking forward to watching some games myself, not worried about awards, or even how we gonna do. I got lots of rookies to watch, and pray like everyone elese that Eddie's lack of D becomes a thing of the past. There were other reasons the bulls did not want to max him out last year. Like conditioning and playing defense.

But yeah, I miss Eisley!
