Bored this morning and getting tired of the babble of the Curry trade I did some research. Lets assume the Knicks are still a lottery team at the end of the year. The last three number 12 picks in the draft were Robert Swift 0.9 points and 0.3 rebounds, Nick Collison 5.6 points and 4.6 rebounds, and Melvin Ely 4.5 points and 1.8 rebounds. I will say that Lee at the lowly 30th pick will have better stats then all three of these "Vince Carter value picks" The Knicks dont need anymore young players they have a great core of them. And looking at the number 8 picks Araujo averaged 3.3 points and 3.1 rebound, TJ Ford was a great player and got hurt and Wilcox 3.7 points and 2.3 rebounds. I would love to hear Briggs if Frye put up 6.0 points and 6 rebounds he would be considered a bust but would have doubled the output of past players drafted in the 8th position. Please tell me what Frye and Lee have to do to be successful.

2 things and thats it and its not numbers related:

1) show hard work and determination
2) be a team player- when they step onto the court the team players better than when they are on the bench
